Personal data is information about factual or personal circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. 5.1.5 Contract data processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

5.1.6 IP anonymization

We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization” on this website. However, this will cause your IP address to be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted-in to conversion tracking. AdWords customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. The responsibility for data protection compliant operation is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by means of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.

6.1 Facebook

On our website, social media plug-ins from Facebook are used to make their use more personal.

For this we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook. Our website contains social media plugins from YouTube, currently a company of Google Inc. (see 5.1) and we also maintain a video channel there. YouTube does not issue its own privacy policy, but the privacy policy of Google Inc..(https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de). personal data, which every user enters into his account during registration or later. This includes: Name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. In addition, information is obtained by analyzing the use of Google services. Data on location, IP addresses and devices used (see 5.1.) are also analysed. In the case of YouTube, the activities there are also of importance. Thus, what you search for and which videos you watch is recorded. Cookies may also be used to uniquely identify the device and to associate the activity with your Google Account.
